PREPARING STUDENTS TO THINK IN THE AGE OF AI.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how work gets done.
Students are experimenting with these tools every day — often without guidance.
AI literacy helps students learn how to use these tools thoughtfully, responsibly, and productively.
WHY AI LITERACY MATTERS.
Today, most students are encountering AI on their own.
Some use it to shortcut assignments.
Others avoid it entirely.
Very few are learning how to use AI as a tool that expands thinking rather than replacing it.
AI literacy introduces a healthier approach: using AI to support curiosity, strengthen productivity, and deepen understanding.
The goal isn’t faster homework.
The goal is stronger thinking and smarter use of technology.
Students will develop core AI literacy skills, including:
-

Designing effective prompts and asking better questions
-

Using AI to research and synthesize information
-

Testing ideas and challenging assumptions
-

Organizing projects, writing, and study workflows
-

Breaking down complex topics and ideas
-

Exploring subjects more deeply through guided AI interaction
We are currently developing an AI literacy program designed to help students use AI thoughtfully and effectively.
The program is expected to launch in Summer 2026 and will be delivered virtually, allowing students to participate from anywhere.

AI can be a powerful productivity tool — or a shortcut to cognitive decline. AI literacy helps students learn the difference.
